THREE LIGHTS OF GREAT MOTHER

Meditation is one of most important aspect of our life evolution. It is a fundament of tantric path and all spirituality. As such it is basic part of House of Tantra program. This short meditation is one of many meditation modalities introduced during incoming holistic program of tantric training starting in January 2025.

 

GREAT MOTHER EMPOWERMENT

 

We sit in a meditative position and invite the form of the Great Goddess before the us, in addition, we invite dakinis and dakas. The Great Mother is navy blue and her body is made of space and stars, she is naked without ornaments.
Her forehead opens with an unfathomable cosmic Yoni of Consciousness, filled with the white light.
In her throat opens cosmic Yoni of Shakti filled with red light.
And finally, at the heart level, opens the space of the Great Universal Womb – cosmic Yoni of the Heart.
During the intonation of the syllable OM, from the yoni on third eye flows white light to our forehead. We receive the blessing and transmission of the illuminated body.
During the intonation of the syllable AH, from the yoni on throat flows red light into our throat. We receive the blessing and transmission of Shakti Kundalini energy.
During the intonation of the syllable Hum, from heart yoni flows blue light to our heart. We receive the blessing and transmission of the luminous consciousness.
Then we chant OM AH HUM and all three lights are transmitted at the same time.
We recite the mantra OM A HUM many times until those lights completely saturate and fill our bodies.
At the end we dissolve everything around us and the goddesses and us in the emptiness.
We contemplate this empty infinite space for some time.
We return to the body and senses. Filled and purified.
