Suppression keeps us in darkness

The society that we co-create is still based on primitive ownership relations carried out by semi-official or hidden power solutions. The patriarchal social structure was always maintained by dividing, creating conflicts and wars. What was made to create fear in public, to agree to expand the tightened control mechanisms. This system supports the unconscious parts within us, operating in the shadow, which represent the immature characteristics of humanity. We can say that everything we do not accept in ourselves and try not to show others, manifested, for example, by suppressed anger or lust, is the result of the deformation of this system. Deformation which comes from suppression of everything what is natural and authentic.
Suppression is the main method for maintaining collective consciousness in the dark.
People with a suppressed vital force do not have access to inner energy, their personal power. You can control them more easily, they are more susceptible to any kind of manipulation. Thats why we have so many laws, prohibitions, ideologies and religious systems that restrict us. Not coincidentally, thanks to these prohibitions and restrictions, there is a huge, dark underground supporting and serving the deformed, hungry parts of our collective unconsciousness. Culture, which suppresses natural needs and instincts in the light of the day, transforms into a culture of rape in the dark of night.
At the same time, we live in a time of great change and awakening of consciousness on a mass scale. We recognize how much resentment and traumas we have accumulated as a society and as individuals. How much work is needed for cleansing and transformation of negative emotions. Many of us have begun the process of healing ourselves and others. We awaken to the fact that only through cooperation with others, together we can change our world. We also start to understand, that it is not enough to concentrate on positive experiences, and try to keep on high vibrations. That we also need to lean over to our personal shadow, unresolved themes from the past, to release what has been suppressed, rejected or wounded within us. There is a desire to take care of the parts of us that need attention, love. That they may be suffering, pushed into the personal underground. Knowing that change needs to start with oneself, understanding that the external world and what meets us, somehow reflects our inner state, we have developed many methods of healing and transforming ourselves. Because all of our individual and collective experiences are recorded in our bodies as on a hard disk, many of us have discovered that the most effective and immediate method of solving our problems will be reaching deeply into the physical body. To cleanse and free the body from traumas and painful experiences accumulated in it. In this way, in one week, people can unblock and release deep layers of suppressed pain. They can get something, they could not do for 20 years of psychotherapy and spiritual practice. They regain flow of love and joy in the body and heart.
