Dark retrit Zen & Tantra is a four-day training combining traditional Zen meditation with elements of tantric practices, addressed to both experienced adepts and beginners.

 

The structure of the day is divided into four blocks of meditation practice in the dark with breaks for meals and rest. Each exercise block consists of three rounds of meditation and breaks between them. The evening block of tantric practices is intended for sadhana and couple practices.
During the training, we will use some of the introductory practices that prepare the body, heart, mind and inner channels for meditation practice. Those practices are used to open and strengthen energy channels, cleanse karma, and connect with the transmission line.
Together with the Chód practices, they enable liquid nectar (amrita) to be drawn from the higher dimensions of existence into our body. The “Liquid LIght” methods are later used for massage sessions, sexual healing and underground work.

Training is a non-commercial initiative. As participants, we pay  together for space and meals.
