We invite you to the 20-days training covering the practice and theory of the Four Pillars of Tantra system, an original method based on personal experience and wisdom of traditional tantra. Contemporary skillful means are helping to adapt the traditional path to modern times in the most effective and accessible way.

The Four Pillars of Tantra system is the alchemical way of connecting the primal essences of reality. It directly reaches our mystical nature through the practices of embodied spirituality. It liberates from a dualistic and narrow perception of the world, revealing naked reality as it is. Cultivating these practices leads to a deep integration of our original aspects on the inner and outer levels. These methods have been passed on for many years, enjoying great interest and the need to share them with loved ones. We invite all seekers on the path of tantra to immerse deeply in the wisdom of this path. 

The course will cover the theory and practice of the most important aspects of the four pillars system, starting from accessing deep energies of our body and enhancing the ability to share this energy with others.

An important element of the training will be developing our independence from external conditions. It will be essential to learn about the various modalities of meditation practices, adequate to different situations and personality types. Then, during numerous meditations and practices in the dark, we will have the opportunity to enter a space of deep surrender, letting go and experience the nature of great void.
In the following, we will delve into recognition of the nature of our consciousness, exploring natural koans as gates to illumination. Integrating our primal, dense sexual energy with cosmic consciousness.
The last element of the training will be the extensive rituals of alchemy in the mandala, bringing the primal essences of reality to the physical level of interaction. During the polarity dance of masculine and feminine aspects, our bodies and the experiences stored in them, will gradually transform into tantric deities.

The teacher training course is primarily dedicated for advanced practitioners on the path of tantra and sacred sexuality. Especially for those who already share their knowledge and practice. Adepts of both neo-tantra and traditional tantric schools. We also invite people who have already learned this method and would like to share its qualities with others.
In addition, the program will be complemented by participation in one of  the meditation retreats, organized in the frame of House of Tantra.
Completion of the teacher training will enable independent conduct of the basic courses of the Four Pillars of Tantra system.

 

Conditions for participation in the program:

• attending any of Tantra House retreats ( Phoenix MIsterium, Embracing the Underground or Holistic Tantric Massage Program )
• healed basic wounds preventing tantric practice (jealousy, fear of rejection, comparison, lowered self-esteem, victim syndrome, etc.)
• developed ability to set and communicate clear boundaries and respect others
• completed sexual healing individual process and body de-armouring sessions – allowing for the free internal flow of sexual energy
• practice of sitting meditation
