The Four Pillars of Tantra Massage was designed with the intention of transforming a limited experience of physicality into a mystical experience. Its purpose is to open up a magical multidimensional space so that all our inner aspects can be nourished and thus grow. Tantric body work related to this system establishes our body as a cosmic mandala – a vessel for the spirit.
Temple of the Body
The structure of entire universe is based on the alchemy of the four elements emerging from the Aether space. The combination of the four elements is the building block of the sacred geometry of multiverse consisting of 12 dimensions – vibrational densities, adequate to the state of concentration of consciousness.
From the lowest frequency associated with the life of minerals and rocks, to the highest vibration of the pure light of consciousness. The multidimensional structure of the universe is reflected in our individual body. The physical and subtle human body is the manifestation of individual consciousness and a record of its unique experiences.
It contains not only our personal experience, but also the entire collective memory of existence. In the East, the human body is called the wish-fulfilling tree of life because it is the portal through which everything we need can manifest. It is the source of our local reality. The key to opening this portal is a clear intention. Our body is a materialization of individual and collective memory, thoughts and feelings.
The contents of our consciousness are copied to the structure of body DNA on an ongoing basis. The level of vibration of consciousness and the field of intention, directly shape our surroundings.
Four Pillars of Tantra massage as an activation of the Body Temple.
In the first phase of the ritual, the most important thing is the foundation and a solid structure. It is related to the activation of the earth element and stabilization of the body vessel. The meditation process embeds and balances our energies. As a result, we achieve internal stability and the ability not to follow the movement of thoughts and emotions. The next stage is the air element, which purify us, unblocking the air circulation from the base to the top of the body and back. We are reconnecting with our breath. There comes a feeling of lightness and being pervade by subtle winds. Sensitivity to more delicate and high-vibration energies appears.
At this stage, everything is ready to light a metaphysical fire at the base of our temple, fueling all instincts and emerging emotions. From that moment on, the element of fire becomes the center of our activity. By joining the elements of air and fire, and the circulation of heat upward through inner channels, we start the alchemical process in our temple. Element of fire is rising and previously dormant energy centers and endocrine glands begin to vibrate. The body produces much more hormones and vital juices. Heated by metaphysical fire our consciousness gradually becomes like liquid. We activate the element of water flowing straight from the Aether. Like nature in spring, we fill ourselves with juicy power and sweet liquids. The nectar of bliss appears. In the final fulfilling stage, we dissolve our temple and everything around in Space. The four elements successively return to the source – Aether. We contemplate and surrender completely to the Space and allowing ourselves to disappear.
Temple of the Heart
The heart is the most powerful electromagnetic generator in the human body and it affects space around us even up to hundreds of meters. It is the place of unification of all aspects of reality. It is the center of our universe, which combine all the vibrational levels of the cosmic mandala. This union is fulfilled through the mystical alchemy of the feminine and masculine aspects. These energies merge with each other at the level of each chakra, in order to completely melt at final stage into the heart field. The meeting of all polarities in the heart chakra field is the culmination and final stage of the ritual. It closes the life cycle and opens a new one.
Through the mystical union of the feminine – masculine in the heart space, all our efforts, aspirations and longings can merge into one. In this space, everything that no longer serves us is dissolved and goes away, giving room for a new life to be born.
Temple of Consciousness
The massage ritual begins with the activation of our individual self, it closes at the transpersonal level through the connection with cosmic consciousness.
On this secret level of reality we can experience the connection to the original source and the partial dissolution of the individual identity. From this perspective, there is only one Consciousness – Aether, and everything else is just minor reflection of it.
The ritual allows you to recognize yourself as pure consciousness, as the source that constantly creates the entire universe. When receiving a massage, we connect with our inner masculine and feminine aspects, at the same time connecting with analogous parts of the giver. At the end of the process, we feel that we are the „Higher Self” present in many bodies.

The intensity and passion generated by the polarity of the masculine and feminine can raise our body frequency and thus also increase the quality of life. This has a direct impact on greater everyday vitality and a sense of inner strength and efficiency.
